What to include when you write
If your message is about a reading already requested, telling us the email address you used and the sign you chose lets us find your request straight away. If you would like your details removed from our records entirely, say so in the message and we will confirm once it is done.
Reading requests
Readings are only prepared through the sign grid on the home page — we cannot start one from an email, because the birth details and the consent to be contacted both need to come from you directly. Choosing your sign takes a moment and the form is four short answers long.
Response times
Email is answered within one working day in almost every case. Requests that need a reader to look back at a chart occasionally take a little longer. If several days pass with no reply, please check your spam folder before assuming the message did not arrive.
Media and partnership enquiries
Write to the same address with "media" or "partnership" in the subject line and it will be routed to the right person. We do not accept guest posts, paid links or advertising placements on this site.
