1. Who these terms are with

astrologyport.com is operated by Astrology Port LLC, 1200 17th St, Suite 150, Denver, CO 80202, USA. Using the site, or asking us for a star chart reading, means you accept the terms set out below. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. Please submit details only about yourself; do not request a reading on another person's behalf.

3. What we provide

We prepare a written star chart reading based on the birth details you give us and send it to the email address you supply. The reading is offered free of charge, for entertainment purposes and for personal reflection. It is not professional advice of any kind and it carries no promise about what will happen in your life. Section 7 of these terms and our disclaimer set the limits out in full.

4. Your details must be accurate

A chart is only as good as the data behind it. You are responsible for the accuracy of the name, email address and birth information you provide. Where a birth time is omitted, parts of the reading are estimated and will be marked as such.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to submit false, abusive or unlawful content; to attempt to gain access to systems or accounts you are not entitled to; to interfere with the site's operation, whether by automated means or otherwise; to copy or scrape its content for republication; or to use anything we send you for commercial purposes without our written permission.

6. Intellectual property

The text, artwork, zodiac illustrations, layout and code of this site belong to Astrology Port LLC and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. The reading we send you is yours to keep and read; the wider material remains ours, and none of it may be reproduced, redistributed or sold without our consent.

7. No warranty and limitation of liability

The site and the readings are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or free of error.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astrology Port LLC and its members and staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for any loss of profit, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this site or from any decision taken in connection with a reading. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to one hundred United States dollars.

8. Communications

By requesting a reading you consent to us emailing it to you and to related follow-up correspondence. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and using it withdraws that consent immediately.

9. Third-party links

Links to other websites are offered for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

10. Suspension

We may decline or stop preparing a reading, and may restrict access to the site, where these terms are breached or where a request appears abusive or automated.

11. Changes

These terms may be revised from time to time. The version published on this page, with the date shown above, is the one that applies. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts sitting in Denver County, Colorado shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
